2 bedroom apartments, spacious living room, kitchen and dinning area, patio/balcony, bathroom and private basement.
Comfort
All units come with standard fitted stove, fridge, washer and dryer. Also each unit enjoys the comfort of a patio/balcony. 1st floor apartments have direct access into their homes through the patio.
Parking?
There is plenty of unassigned parking spots in the premises, so you would never have to look for parking. Furthermore, most of our apartments come with a private garage. If your unit does not have an assigned garage, we will offer you one, at a very low fee, as soon as it becomes available.
Snow?
No worries, the association takes care of that. The association is responsible for plowing the snow, cutting the grass and maintaining the outside and common areas.
